This document outlines our complaints policy. If you are a user of EntreStudios, this policy is part of your agreement with us.

EntreStudios.com is operated by EntreStudios, LLC. We are a registered company in the State of Arizona, United States of America.
Interpretation:
In this Complaints Policy, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms of Use for all users. Additionally, "business days" refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the United States of America.
Who Can Use This Complaints Policy?
Whether or not you are a user of EntreStudios, you can use this Complaints Policy to report any issue or concern you have related to our platform.
How to Make a Complaint:
If you have a complaint about EntreStudios (including any content appearing on our platform or the behavior of a user), please send your complaint to executives@entrestudios.com including your name, address, contact details, a detailed description of your complaint, and if it pertains to specific content, the URL of that content.
How We Will Handle Complaints Regarding Illegal or Non-Consensual Content:
Upon receiving a complaint regarding illegal or non-consensual content:
• We will take appropriate steps to investigate your complaint promptly.
• If additional information or documentation is needed, we will contact you.
• We will make a good-faith effort to resolve your complaint within seven (7) business days.
• If we find the content to be unlawful or non-consensual, we will remove it immediately and notify you of our decision through email or other electronic communication.
• If the content is determined not to be unlawful or non-consensual, we will inform you of our decision through email or other electronic communication.
• Any dispute regarding our determination will be submitted to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.
How We Will Handle Complaints Related to Copyright Infringement:
Complaints regarding copyright infringement must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Policy. We will address such complaints as outlined in that policy.
How We Will Handle Other Complaints:
Upon receiving other complaints (including those related to breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy):
• We will take steps to investigate your complaint in a timeframe appropriate to its nature.
• If additional information or documentation is required, we will inform you.
• We will act in good faith to address the issue raised by your complaint. If the content in question violates our Acceptable Use Policy, we will remove it promptly.
• We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint.
Unjustified or Abusive Complaints:
If you are a user of EntreStudios, you agree not to submit complaints that are unfounded, abusive, or made in bad faith. If we determine that you have violated this agreement, we may suspend or terminate your account.
