Fee Structure and Revenue Sharing Plan for EntreStudios
Definitions:
A Creator is considered someone who produces monetized content on the EntreStudios platform.
Fee Structure:
The fee structure for EntreStudios is as follows:
- $0 - $50,000 of monthly top-line (gross sales) is subject to a 20% fee to EntreStudios.
- $50,000+ of monthly gross sales incurs a 5% fee to EntreStudios.
Example:
If a Creator has gross sales of $65,000 in the month of August, their total fee payout to EntreStudios would be as follows:
- First $50,000 of gross sales × 20% = $10,000 fee to EntreStudios.
- Next $15,000 of gross sales × 5% = $750 fee to EntreStudios.
Revenue Share Purpose:
The purpose of this Revenue Sharing Plan is to provide an incentive for Creators to contribute to the success and profitability of EntreStudios and to reward them for their efforts.
Eligibility:
All Creators with EntreStudios are automatically enrolled in EntreStudios’ Revenue Sharing Plan. All Creators must be in good standing and Revenue Share Eligible at all times in order to participate.
A Creator is considered Revenue Share Eligible when they produce a minimum top-line (gross sales) of $1,500 in any given month. All sales must be processed through the EntreStudios platform.
A Creator must produce a minimum of $1,500 of gross sales in any given month to be considered eligible for participation in revenue share from that respective month.
Example:
- If a Creator has gross sales of $1,900 in September and $900 in October, the Creator is considered Revenue Share Eligible for September, but not October.
By way of illustration, if you have directly sponsored 15 Creators, of which eleven do not classify as Revenue Share Eligible (meaning the creators are not in good standing or Revenue Share Eligible), only Level 1 of the EntreShare percentage will be eligible.
Whereas, if all sponsored 12 Creators are in good standing and Revenue Share Eligible, then Levels 1-3 of the Entre Revenue Share would be unlocked as seen below in the chart.
When a Creator leaves EntreStudios or produces less than $500 in gross sales for a period of 6 months or more, the position in the EntreShare Chart that the departing Creator held immediately becomes a Company position. The revenue share structure does not compress.
The stated Revenue Share payout structure may be modified to allow EntreStudios to better compete, attract, and retain other Creators as well as maintain a base level of profitability. Should a change be made, all parties shall be notified with receipt of a new Revenue Sharing Plan Update within 10 business days of the change.
Level of Creators in Line 1:
Level | Number of Creators Referred |
---|---|
1 | 0-4 Creators |
2 | 5-9 Creators |
3 | 10+ Creators |
Revenue Share Payout:
This is performed as a calculation as described below:
- $0 - $50,000 in gross sales × 5% = Revenue Share
- Example: If a Creator referred by you posts $19,000 in gross sales for the month of August, your Revenue Share payout would be $950.
- Revenue Share is limited to the first $50,000 in monthly gross sales.
Revenue Share Eligible Definition:
For a participant to remain eligible to collect Revenue Share, the participant must meet the following requirements:
- Have produced a minimum of $1,500 in gross sales for the respective month.
- Remain in good standing with the company.
Revenue Share Participation Fee:
As indicated above, in the event where a Creator, and their corresponding downline, has generated Revenue Share in a specific month, a Revenue Share Participation Fee in the amount of $500 will be assessed.
- This fee will be assessed and deducted automatically from their Revenue Share to be paid each month. If the generated Revenue Share amount to be paid is less than the $500 fee, the Creator will receive $0 for that period.
- A Revenue Share Participation Fee will only be assessed if the Creator’s downline generates Revenue Share during that month.
- If a Creator produces $1,500 of gross income in the respective month, the Revenue Share Participation Fee will not be assessed.

In order to participate in the Revenue Share, you must create a referral code of no more or less than 8 digits. For example. EntreStudios' primary referral code is 'Entre100'. Each Creator that signs up is required to enter a referral code. It is your responsibility to make sure the Creator uses your referral code to sign up. If that Creator uses your referral code, they will be attached to your line and you will be due to receive profit sharing from them and any of the Creators they sign up, as subject to the other terms and conditions outlined in the Revenue Share Rider.
Leadership Requirement:
To be a sponsor to a Creator indicated that a Sponsor participating in the Revenue Share will assist the Creator as needed. Should a Sponsor refuse to assist with a Creator within their leadership chain, they may be removed from receiving Revenue Share for that leadership line. It is understood that Revenue Share is how EntreStudios grows without the additional cost of middle management.
Manipulating Revenue Share Plan:
Creator agrees that he/she will not attempt to manipulate the EntreStudios Revenue Share Plan by engaging in the practice of sponsoring “Straw Creators.” Straw Creators are Creators who are not engaged in the business of producing for profit within the EntreStudios platform or engaged in the process of attracting and supporting other productive Creators to EntreStudios. Additionally, creators agree not to create multiple accounts or artificially stack them in their downline. EntreStudios allows only one creator account per individual. EntreStudios has the sole right and discretion in determining who is considered a Straw Creator or if artificial stacking has occured. EntreStudios further reserves the right to release the individuals who are in the opinion of EntreStudios Straw Creators or have engaged in stacking, which would in net effect reduce the number of Front Line Qualifying Recruits a Creator has directly caused to join EntreStudios. If after reviewing with Creator the recruiting practices, the Creator continues to engage or appears to be engaged in the practice of gaming the Revenue Share Plan, Creator may be restricted from attracting, and/or released from EntreStudios. In the event of release, the downline of the Creator in question would become a company position.
